Notable accolades, such as the Titans of Tech award in 2015, attest to his remarkable contributions. His impact on CWG Plc and the banking sector at large is undeniably profound.

Austin Okere, Founder of CWG Plc and the Ausso Leadership Academy, is an esteemed entrepreneur and mentor driving geometric growth for businesses and entrepreneurs. With an MBA from IESE Business School and roles as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Columbia Business School, New York, and Consultant to the Sustainable Development Goals - Africa Centre (SDGAC), Austin's impact reaches global proportions. His remarkable achievements, including recognition from the World Economic Forum, the Nigerian Computer Society, and other prestigious organizations, attest to his visionary leadership. Abiodun Fawunmi is a highly experienced technology expert who, in his professional career, has led multi-cultural professional teams to high levels of effectiveness in a variety of competitive industries and fast-paced environments.

Wale is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and investment banker, renowned for his expertise in Securities Trading, Asset Management, and Investment Banking Services. With a robust network of institutional and high net worth clients worldwide, he has established a remarkable track record. Wale's journey includes significant roles with Great Africa Trust Limited, Meristem Securities Limited, and ultimately founding Managing Director of Cordros Capital. His impressive academic credentials encompass an MBA from Business School Netherlands, enrollment at the Nigerian Law School as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court, and recognition as an Authorized Dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. As the Group Managing Director/CEO of Cordros Capital and the Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee (REMCO) at CWG Plc, Wale continues to demonstrate his exceptional leadership and business acumen.

Segun represents the Abraaj Group, a leading Private Equity Investor for global growth markets in his position on the Board of CWG Plc. He is a seasoned professional with experience spanning various fields including healthcare delivery, investment banking and private equity. Segun is a member of Abraaj’s investment team in Sub-Saharan Africa where, as Lead Health Specialist on the Africa Health Fund, he focuses on initiatives aimed at increasing access to affordable and good quality healthcare for mid to low income populations in Africa.

She is currently the CEO and Principal Promoter, of Waveline Growth Partners, a Microfinance institution, focused on using technology to promote financial inclusion, especially among female entrepreneurs. She is also a Director, Nigerian International Securities Limited, an Executive Council Member, Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) and a member Institute of Directors (IOD).

Wale is a proficient, technology enthusiast, and Business Executive with extensive experience in Strategy, Management, and Leadership. He is the Group CEO of CWG. A leading ICT conglomerate with Headquarters in Lagos and operations in three (3) other Africa countries. He is known for his knacks in proffering diverse angles on innovation and an aggressive drive for new ideas, revenue generation, and market penetration.

Afolabi is a seasoned finance professional with experience spanning over fifteen years in the banking and technology industry. He is revered for his leadership and specialized skills in finance, project management and systems implementation. Afolabi has a comprehensive knowledge of business processes and has managed many high-level projects throughout his career.
