Adewale Adeyipo – Group MD/CEO.
Wale is a proficient, technology enthusiast, and Business Executive with extensive experience in Strategy, Management, and Leadership. He is the Group CEO of CWG Plc. A leading ICT conglomerate with Headquarters in Lagos and operations in three (3) other Africa countries. He is known for his knacks in proffering diverse angles on innovation and an aggressive drive for new ideas, revenue generation, and market penetration.
Wale has earned a reputation as a truly accomplished and highly respected professional within the sub-Saharan region, given his diverse experience and the application of technology, as an enabler for business success and expansion.
In 2014, he led the CWG Plc PAN Africa Initiatives (PAI). The PAI was a brainchild, set to produce CWG’s strategic delivery partnerships and business expansion in 23 Africa operations.
Wale holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin. He is an alumnus of several Institutions, with extensive study in Management and Leadership from renowned institutions, including Lagos Business School, Business School Netherlands, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and London Business School. Wale brings to life the practical knowledge in dynamic work design to simplify the rigorous processes and procedures in the workplace, bringing about the required efficiency and productivity.
He is a member and fellow of several organizations, including the Institute of Directors, Nigeria Computer Society, Nigeria Institute of Management, Institute of Management Consultant.
Harriet Attram Yartey – Managing Director, Ghana & VP Regions
Harriet Yartey is the Managing Director of CWG Ghana and Group V.P. in charge of CWG’s Regional subsidiaries in Uganda and Cameroon. She is also an Executive Director on the Board of Directors for the Ghana office. Harriet has been instrumental in building and scaling CWG’s businesses successfully across the African regions. She has over 17 years diversified professional experience which includes the 6-years she has been with CWG Plc.
Harriet is noted for her passion for excellence, customer centricity and precision in execution; these can be seen in her being instrumental in turning around the regions’ businesses to achieve market leadership in the areas of enterprise solutions and services, revenue growth and profitability. She is also noted for her extensive management and leadership experience that spans across the three areas of ICT – having worked with a number of premier ICT companies in Ghana.
Prior joining CWG Plc, she was the General Manager at Channel IT, an IT Distribution company and a Key Account Executive at Vodafone Ghana. She holds a BA Hons from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA from GIMPA. Harriet has attended several leadership and sales trainings both locally and internationally
Afolabi Shobande – Chief Financial Officer
Afolabi is a professional worth his salt. He is an Alumnus of the University of Sunderland – BA, (Hons), Accounting and Financial Management, and Sterling Management Associate Program with an in-depth understanding of the financial service industry. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
He has proven skills and experience reaching over a decade in Financial Reporting, Treasury, Risk Management, Corporate Banking, International Trade, Banking operations, Project management, and systems implementation. Result driven and a strong passion for excellence.
Abisola Oshin, Head, Legal
Abisola Oshin is the Head, Legal of CWG Plc. She is a leading legal and information and communications technology expert. Her professional experience cut across over 12 years of legal and corporate practice.
She oversees the company secretarial function of the Group/regional subsidiaries and provides legal, regulatory and strategic advice to the Board, Management and Business Divisions. These range from issues on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, capital markets, OEM engagements, managed services, software services, intellectual property, fintech and data protection.
Prior to joining CWG, Abisola was part of the corporate and commercial team of Streamsowers & Köhn, a leading commercial law firm in Nigeria where she engaged in legal advisory for local and international companies. She also worked in and headed the legal unit of EAN Aviation, a Ground Handling and Fixed Based Operator in the Aviation Industry.
Abisola is a graduate of University of Lagos (BA), Igbinedion University (LLB), Nigerian Law School (BL) and Durham University (LLM, International Trade and Commercial Law). She has attended several leadership training both locally and internationally.
Moruf Ireti Yusuf – VP Service Delivery
Ireti Yusuf is the VP, Service Delivery and is responsible for ensuring that all orders, services (outright purchases, managed services, Finacle services, ATM services, communication services, custom software development service, outsourced services, platforms, radio services etc.) and service contracts are delivered to specification, within budget and on time.
He is a result-oriented Information Technology Professional and vastly experienced Technocrat with key expertise in Systems Design Engineering, Software Development, Project Management, Service Delivery, Implementation and Design. He has been successfully involved with complex Core Banking Application Deployment and day-to-day support for multiple ICT Services.
He served as Head, Managed Support Services & Training at ExpertEdge Software and Technical Director for the CWG Group and has vast experience in Systems Integration and Product Architecture, Front End and Back-End Application Support.
Tinu Adeyemi – Group Head, Human Resources and General Services
Tinu Adeyemi is the Group Head, Human Resources and General Services of CWG Plc; with over a decade practical experience in Human Capital Management and Corporate Support. She is responsible for the strategic human sourcing and administrative management resource for the Group.
Prior to her appointment, Tinu was the Group Head, General Services and Administration. With a proven track record of delivering on set targets and under often stringent conditions. She was responsible for the management of the back-end operations across the regional offices which encompassed the four countries where CWG Plc has its footprint.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Member of both Nigeria Institute for Training & Development (NITD) and the Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC). She is an alumnus of the Department of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management of the University of Lagos. Tinu has attended various development programs locally and internationally, all of which has helped to shape her career path.
