Adewale Adeyipo – AG, MD/CEO.
Adewale Adeyipo is the Acting Group, MD/CEO of CWG. Prior to this appointment he was the VP, Sales and Marketing, overseeing all responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Product Management within the CWG Plc Group.
Adewale holds a BSc in Computer Science from University of Ilorin, he is an Alumni of Lagos Business School (LBS), with Management and Leadership trainings and Certifications from several Institutions locally and internationally; including Lagos Business School, Business School, Netherlands, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and *London Business School
Adewale has held several leadership positions including Business Sector Director (CWG) for the Telecommunication arm in 2010 and Business Director (CWG) for PAN Africa Initiatives in 2014. The PAN Africa Initiatives was a brainchild, set to produce CWG’s strategic delivery partnerships in 23 Africa operations. He had also previously served as a Director in Consultative Sales and Managed Services Engagements for Telecommunication Companies. He is a proficient, technology enthusiast and Business Executive with extensive experience in Strategy, Management and Leadership. A proven tactician who began his journey into professional Consultative Sales and Management at Discount Microcredit Finance House in 2004. He is the co-convener of the New National Initiative ‘Train a Child’ and also serves as a Facilitator at the CWG Academy set to further groom young Technology savvy Professionals.
Harriet Attram Yartey – Managing Director, Ghana & VP Regions
Harriet Yartey is the Managing Director of CWG Ghana and Group V.P. in charge of CWG’s Regional subsidiaries in Uganda and Cameroon. She is also an Executive Director on the Board of Directors for the Ghana office. Harriet has been instrumental in building and scaling CWG’s businesses successfully across the African regions. She has over 17 years diversified professional experience which includes the 6-years she has been with CWG Plc.
Harriet is noted for her passion for excellence, customer centricity and precision in execution; these can be seen in her being instrumental in turning around the regions’ businesses to achieve market leadership in the areas of enterprise solutions and services, revenue growth and profitability. She is also noted for her extensive management and leadership experience that spans across the three areas of ICT – having worked with a number of premier ICT companies in Ghana.
Prior joining CWG Plc, she was the General Manager at Channel IT, an IT Distribution company and a Key Account Executive at Vodafone Ghana. She holds a BA Hons from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA from GIMPA. Harriet has attended several leadership and sales trainings both locally and internationally
Daniel Shoban-Das – VP, Corporate Development
Daniel Das is the VP of Corporate Development, overseeing strategy and strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, research (technology, market, business models, sectors, and customers), new product development (conception, incubations, and packaging), quality assurance, quality and process control, measurements and insights.
Prior to this, Daniel was responsible for building the Utility platform arm of CWG Plc, encompassing Water Utilities, Waste Management, Power Distribution and Broadband Services over WiFi. Daniel Shoban-Das has extensive technological expertise in Embedded Electronics, Power Measurement Systems and High Bandwidth WiFi Mesh technologies.
He also has an active interest in applying Artificial Intelligence Systems for Predictive Analysis in the financial markets. He founded his start-up Daniel Power Systems in 2009, in which he developed and commercialized smart solutions for the power distribution companies in India.
Moruf Ireti Yusuf – VP of Service Delivery.
Ireti Yusuf is the VP, Service Delivery and is responsible for ensuring that all orders, services (outright purchases, managed services, Finacle services, ATM services, communication services, custom software development service, outsourced services, platforms, radio services etc.) and service contracts are delivered to specification, within budget and on time.
He is a result-oriented Information Technology Professional and vastly experienced Technocrat with key expertise in Systems Design Engineering, Software Development, Project Management, Service Delivery, Implementation and Design. He has been successfully involved with complex Core Banking Application Deployment and day-to-day support for multiple ICT Services.
He served as Head, Managed Support Services & Training at ExpertEdge Software and Technical Director for the CWG Group and has vast experience in Systems Integration and Product Architecture, Front End and Back-End Application Support.
Tinu Adeyemi – Group Head, Human Resources and General Services
Tinu Adeyemi is the Group Head, Human Resources and General Services of CWG Plc; with over a decade practical experience in Human Capital Management and Corporate Support. She is responsible for the strategic human sourcing and administrative management resource for the Group.
Prior to her appointment, Tinu, was the Group Head, General Services and Administration. With a proven track record of delivering on set targets and under often stringent conditions. She was responsible for the management of the back-end operations across the regional offices which encompassed the four Countries where CWG Plc has its footprint.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Member of both Nigeria Institute for Training & Development (NITD) and the Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC). She is an alumnus of the Department of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management of the University of Lagos. Tinu has attended various development programs locally and internationally, all of which has helped to shape her career path
