James Agada – Chief Executive Officer
James Agada is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. James Agada is a highly innovative and versatile technology expert. He holds both a first class degree and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, with specialization in Digital Systems, from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also holds an MBA from the International Graduate School of Management (IESE), Navara, Spain.
James has vast experience in consulting, software development, implementation and support. He was pro tem president, Lagos Chapter of the Nigeria Computer Society, and was conferred with the “Titans of Tech Merit Award” in 2013, by Technology Africa.
Prior to his appointment as the Company’s MD/CEO, James Agada was the Chief Technology Officer of the Company and was also in charge of the Company’s research and development unit. He was also the Executive Director overseeing the Company’s former software division, ExpertEdge.
Kunle Ayodeji – Chief Operating Officer
Kunle Ayodeji is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Kunle is a seasoned professional with enormous experience in the fields of banking, financial consulting and private equity. Prior to his joining CWG, Kunle was an Investment Principal with Aureos Capital (“Aureos”) and later became an Associate Director with The Abraaj Group (“Abraaj”), where he was instrumental in the investment of over US$45 million of Abraaj Funds.
Before joining Aureos in 2007, Kunle was a Senior Consultant with KPMG Nigeria where he was involved with the valuation, due diligence and feasibility studies for various corporations and state governments. He also worked with Triumphbank Plc in Lagos, Nigeria. Kunle had been a member of the Board committees of both the Company’s Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (where he was the pioneer Chairman), as well as the General Purpose Committee, before he joined CWG in March, 2015 as Executive Director, Finance and Operations.
He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and an MBA from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Obianuju Ejeh-Nnabuife – Chief Financial Officer
Obianuju Ejeh-Nnabuife is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. She has enormous experience in the areas of audit, financial and risk advisory, financial control and treasury. She commenced her career at KPMG, where she provided audit and advisory services to banks, discount houses and insurance companies. She was one of the pioneer staff of the finance and treasury division at Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), the African-focused Development Financial Institute. She also worked in other sectors such as the Retail and Oil and Gas in both Nigeria and the Middle East. Mrs Ejeh-Nnabuife holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Benin. She is an associate Member of ICAN and a CFA Charterholder
Eniye Alile – Head, Human Resources
Eniye Alile is the Head, Human Resources of the company. She has over ten years’ experience providing Human Resources services to clients in diverse industries in Nigeria. Her areas of expertise include training, recruitment, employee welfare, performance management and implementation of employee recognition and incentive schemes.
Eniye has a BSc in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Benin. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) of the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from the World-at-Work Society and an Associate from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN).
Harriet Attram Yartey – Managing Director, Ghana
Harriet Yartey, the Country Manager of CWG Ghana has over 15 years of diversified experience, which includes the 3-years she has been with CWG PLC. Harriet has been instrumental in building and scaling CWG Ghana’s businesses successfully. She is noted for her passion for excellence, customer centricity and precision in execution. She has been active in turning around the CWG Ghana business to achieve market leadership in the area of enterprise solutions and services, revenue growth and profitability. She has acquired experience in all the three areas of ICT – working with a number of premier ICT companies in Ghana.
Prior to taking up the responsibility of managing the CWG Ghana operations, Harriet worked at Channel IT as the General Manager and before that she was with Vodafone Ghana.
She holds BA Hons from University of Ghana and an Executive MBA from GIMPA. She has also attended several trainings both local and offshore.
General Counsel – Company Secretary
Folasade started her career 16 years ago at the Legal Services Commission, UK where she gained vast experience in regulatory and contract compliance.
Her experience cuts across Commercial and Corporate Practice, Corporate Governance, Foreign investments, Telecoms Law and Aviation having worked both as in-house counsel and lawyer in the public and private sector.
Whilst at Abraham and Co, she was Head of Corporate Governance and managed the company secretarial section. She has a proven track record of advising on diverse commercial transactions from negotiation to conclusion.
Folasade has advised on a State government project relating to IT and Intellectual property law.
She obtained her LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She thereafter, obtained an LLM from Southampton University, UK in 2000. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and was admitted to the roll of Solicitors (England and Wales) in 2004.
Government Business Sector Director
Udukheli Izebuno is a multilingual, growth driven professional with over 12 years experience in telecoms, banking, consulting, import trade and retail finance. He has a proven record of work performance and experience in Team management, business expansion and development as well as new market penetration. He is a seasoned sales and business development professional with degrees in Accounting, Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Jos, Nigeria and Ambrose Ali University, Nigeria respectively.
He started his career as a sales executive with multinational telecoms giant, Globacom Nigeria after which he served as pioneer Area Manager, GloMobile, Republic du Benin, Northern Borgu before joining Diamond Bank Plc as Pioneer Regional Sales Manager, Northern Nigeria. He further served as General Manager, LeezWorld Enterprise Ltd and was pivotal to the transformation of the large-scale enterprise to a flourishing process driven business.
Prior to joining Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) in 2015 as a Regional Operations Manager- East, He was instrumental in taking One Credit Ltd, a leading Fintech company over the Billion Naira business mark serving as the company Head of sales and business development.
He is now the Head of CWG Government Businesses focusing on public sector initiatives across the country.
Bola Adisa – FSI Sector Director
Bola Adisa is a versatile and experienced professional, with demonstrated exceptional abilities in technology, business and process management during the course of his career. He has keen interests in research, business analysis, and IT business solutions and systems development. With over 15 years of professional experience in the ICT sector, Bola had at various times in his career functioned as Field/Network Engineer, Sales Support Specialist (Pre-sales), Business Requirement Analyst, Business Development Manager, and Business Solutions Manager with key IT companies both indigenous and multi-nationals in Nigeria.
Bola had undergone various IT Trainings in VSAT and Networking Solutions and also in leading business application software like SAP, Oracle, etc. He does have knowledge of Business Systems to address Industry specific challenges.
Bola is certified SAP Business Process Consultant. His business systems experience cuts across different industries having been part of turnkey IT projects and business solutions in Banking, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Utilities and Telecoms Industries in different technical and business capacity.
Bola had previously worked with organizations like KPS Limited, our own ExpertEdge Software & Systems Ltd, and Multinationals like SAP and International Data Corporation (IDC). Bola joined CWG from the IDC West Africa, a ICT Research and Consulting firm, where he was the Country Regional Manager leading the entire business operations and managing the resources to grow the West African business of IDC, with key focus on Business Development, General Management, Sales Strategy Development, P & L Management and is part of the Sub-Saharan Africa Management team.
Rasheed Salawu – Business Director, Emergent Business Group
Rasheed as the Business Director for EBG, is responsible for driving business growth in Oil & Gas, Services, Logistics & Hospitality, Manufacturing, Education, SMEs and Retails. A solution-driven professional, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills; managing, developing and motivating teams to achieving their objectives. First-class analytical, design and problem solving skills. Dedicated to developing and maintaining high quality standards.
He has banking experience with Standard Trust Bank (now United Bank for Africa) before joining Computer Warehouse Group Limited in 2005 as an IS consultant with specialization in banking solutions involving business development, project management, implementation and support. He is a trained and experienced project manager (PMP); ITIL and Oracle certified professional. As a Project Management Professional, he has managed several enterprise applications and general IT infrastructure implementations across Africa. He also has relevant experience in managing projects for manufacturing, telecom and public sector.
He was the Program Manager for ExpertEdge Software, a subsidiary of Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) Limited, the position he held until January, 2012 when he was promoted as the Group, Program Manager for Computer Warehouse Group to oversee project portfolio delivery for the group; comprising 3 divisions – CWL, ExpertEdge and DCC Communication and branches (Port Harcourt, Abuja, Ghana, Uganda and Cameroon).
Daniel Das – Sector Head, Utility
Daniel has extensive technological expertise in Embedded Electronics, Power Measurement Systems and High Bandwidth WiFi Mesh technologies. He also has an active interest in applying Artificial Intelligence Systems for Predictive Analysis in the financial markets.
He founded his start-up Daniel Power Systems in 2009, in which he developed and commercialized smart solutions for the power distribution companies in India.
Daniel is responsible for building the Utility business at Computer Warehouse Group, encompassing Water Utilities, Waste Management, Power Distribution and Broadband Services over WiFi.
Adewale Adeyipo – Director, Telecommunication Sector
Adewale Adeyipo is the Director, Telecommunication Sector. He has over 12 years of experience in Consultative Sales and Managed Services Engagements For Telecommunication Companies. Adewale holds a BSc in Computer Science from University of Ilorin, he is an Alumni of Lagos business school (LBS) and has also attended premium Sales and Leadership trainings both Locally and Internationally.
Adewale worked at Discount Finance House in 2005, where he was responsible for providing Platforms and Mechanism to enhance the delivery of Micro Finance Credit Scheme both for government and private agencies. Thereafter, he worked with e-Peak Systems in 2007. Moreover, Adewale has held several leadership positions in CWG including business development for the Telecommunication arm in 2010 and Business Director for PAN Africa Initiatives in 2014.
Due to his wide-spread experience, Adewale also doubles as the service director for CWG managed services team in MTNN, assuring the delivery of the company’s industry-leading cloud services and portfolio of outsourced IT services, while also creating similar opportunities with other telecoms.
