James Agada – Chief Executive Officer
James Agada is the Group, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is a highly innovative and versatile technology expert. With a First Class Degree and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, with specialization in Digital Systems, from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also holds an MBA from the International Graduate School of Management (IESE), Navara, Spain.
James has vast experience in consulting, software development, implementation and support. He was pro term president, Lagos Chapter of the Nigeria Computer Society, and was conferred as one of the ‘Nigeria’s Top 50 Tech-Titans’ in 2016 by Technology Africa.
Prior to his appointment as the Company’s Group, MD/CEO, James Agada was the Chief Technology Officer of the Company and was also in charge of the Company’s Research and Development unit. He was also the Executive Director overseeing the Company’s former software division, Expert Edge. He has won a number of awards and recognitions from reputable bodies like; Success Circle Africa for Entrepreneurial Excellence, Tech TV for Commitment to Development in ICT, AMLE’s 2016 winner of the ICT Personality Leadership Prize to mention a few.
He is an ardent reader of all forms of literature, always seeking for best methods of applying technology and spends a good deal of time writing articles to shape the minds of young entrepreneurs, towards thinking of applicable solutions that enable growth rather than wallow in the problems that abound. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Harriet Attram Yartey – Managing Director, Ghana
Harriet Yartey is the Managing Director of CWG Ghana and V.P. for CWG’s two subsidiaries – Uganda and Cameroon, has been instrumental in building and scaling CWG’s businesses successfully across the African regions. She has over 17 years of diversified professional experience which includes the 5-years she has been with CWG Plc. She is noted for her passion for excellence, customer centricity and precision in execution and has been instrumental in turning around the regions’ businesses to achieve market leadership in the areas of enterprise solutions and services, revenue growth and profitability. She is also noted for her corporate experience that spans across the three areas of ICT – working with a number of premier ICT companies in Ghana.
Before joining CWG Plc, she worked at Channel IT as the General Manager and Vodafone Ghana as Government Account Manager. She holds a BA Hons from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA from GIMPA. Harriet has attended several leadership and sales trainings both locally and internationally.
Adewale Adeyipo – VP, Sales and Marketing.
Adewale Adeyipo is the VP, Sales and Marketing, oversees all responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Product Management within the CWG Plc Group. Prior to now, Adewale has held several leadership positions in CWG including business development for the Telecommunication arm in 2010 and Business Director for PAN Africa Initiatives in 2014. He has previously served as a Director in Consultative Sales and Managed Services Engagements for Telecommunication Companies, which he has done for onwards of 12 years.
Adewale worked at Discount Finance House in 2005, where he was responsible for providing Platforms and Mechanism to enhance the delivery of Micro Finance Credit Scheme both for government and private agencies. Thereafter, he worked with e-Peak Systems in 2007.
Adewale holds a BSc in Computer Science from University of Ilorin, he is an Alumni of Lagos Business School (LBS) and has also attended premium sales and leadership trainings both locally and internationally
Daniel Shoban-Das – VP, Corporate Development
Daniel Das is the VP of Corporate Development, overseeing strategy and strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, research (technology, market, business models, sectors, and customers), new product development (conception, incubations, and packaging), quality assurance, quality and process control, measurements and insights.
Prior to this, Daniel was responsible for building the Utility platform arm of CWG Plc, encompassing Water Utilities, Waste Management, Power Distribution and Broadband Services over WiFi. Daniel Shoban-Das has extensive technological expertise in Embedded Electronics, Power Measurement Systems and High Bandwidth WiFi Mesh technologies.
He also has an active interest in applying Artificial Intelligence Systems for Predictive Analysis in the financial markets. He founded his start-up Daniel Power Systems in 2009, in which he developed and commercialized smart solutions for the power distribution companies in India.
Moruf Ireti Yusuf – VP of Service Delivery.
Ireti Yusuf is the VP, Service Delivery and is responsible for ensuring that all orders, services (outright purchases, managed services, Finacle services, ATM services, communication services, custom software development service, outsourced services, platforms, radio services etc.) and service contracts are delivered to specification, within budget and on time.
He is a result-oriented Information Technology Professional and vastly experienced Technocrat with key expertise in Systems Design Engineering, Software Development, Project Management, Service Delivery, Implementation and Design. He has been successfully involved with complex Core Banking Application Deployment and day-to-day support for multiple ICT Services.
He served as Head, Managed Support Services & Training at ExpertEdge Software and Technical Director for the CWG Group and has vast experience in Systems Integration and Product Architecture, Front End and Back-End Application Support.
Tinu Adeyemi – Group Head, Human Resources and General Services
Tinu Adeyemi is the Group Head, Human Resources and General Services of CWG Plc; with over a decade practical experience in Human Capital Management and Corporate Support. She is responsible for the strategic human sourcing and administrative management resource for the Group.
Prior to her appointment, Tinu, was the Group Head, General Services and Administration. With a proven track record of delivering on set targets and under often stringent conditions. She was responsible for the management of the back-end operations across the regional offices which encompassed the four Countries where CWG Plc has its footprint.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Member of both Nigeria Institute for Training & Development (NITD) and the Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC). She is an alumnus of the Department of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management of the University of Lagos. Tinu has attended various development programs locally and internationally, all of which has helped to shape her career path
